| Duggan Profiles & Steel Service Centre Ltd., in conjunction with ArcelorMittal under their trade mark Granite Farm, guarantees the performance of |

| for a period of fifteen years (15) years against functional failure due to corrosion, in the livestock housing environment, from the date of manufacture of the product, provided that the building is not situated within 10 miles of a coastline, subject to the conditions shown hereunder: |
| 1) That the building is erected and maintained according to good building practice and Department of Agriculture regulations. |
| 2) That all swarfs and metal debris caused during the erection process are removed from the product after erection. |
| 3) That the building is adequately ventilated. |
| 4) That no water ponding is allowed to occur. |
| 5) That the product is erected and maintained free of mechanical damage and accumulation of debris and other pollutants. |
| 6) That there is no direct contact between the product and wet or treated timber, or mastic. |
